Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Eligibility for Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to process the cancellation, especially if your order has already been processed or shipped.

1.2 How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at vaayuestore@gmail.com with your order number and details. Our team will review your request and confirm the cancellation status.

1.3 Non-Eligible Orders: Orders that are in the process of being shipped, or have already been delivered, cannot be cancelled. For such cases, please refer to our Returns Policy for further assistance.

2. Cancellation Fees

2.1 No Cancellation Fee: Orders cancelled within the 24-hour window will not incur any cancellation fees.

2.2 Post-Cancellation Fees: For cancellations requested after the 24-hour period but before shipment, a cancellation fee of  10% of the order total may apply to cover processing costs.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Processing: If your order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within [number of days, e.g., 5-7 business days].

3.2 Refund Time frame: Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.

4. Changes to Orders

4.1 Order Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., update shipping address or modify items), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
